We take care to describe our products accurately, including measurements, materials, and colours. However:

• Handmade or hand-finished garments may have small natural variations.
• Stock, prices, and product availability may change without notice.

Pricing and payment

All prices are listed in Sri Lankan Rupees (LKR) and are inclusive of applicable taxes unless otherwise stated. We accept Cash on Delivery and bank transfer. Payment method is selected at checkout.

We reserve the right to correct any pricing errors and to cancel orders placed based on an obviously incorrect price. If we cancel such an order, any payment already received will be refunded in full.

Orders and acceptance

Placing an order on the site is an offer to purchase, which we may accept or decline. We may decline an order for reasons including stock unavailability, suspected fraud, or delivery restrictions. Your order is confirmed once we send you an order confirmation.

Delivery

Delivery times, coverage, and charges are described in our Shipping Policy. Delivery estimates are indicative and not guaranteed.

Returns and refunds

All sales are final. Please review our Return Policy for details on damaged or incorrect items.

If you create an account on the site, you are responsible for keeping your password secure and for all activity on your account. Please contact us immediately if you believe your account has been accessed without your permission.

To the extent permitted by law, Ayléa Boutique is not liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential losses arising from your use of the site or any product purchased through it. Our total liability for any claim relating to an order is limited to the amount paid for that order.

Governing law

These terms are governed by the laws of Sri Lanka. Any dispute arising from these terms or from your use of the site is subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of Sri Lanka.
