Where we deliver

We deliver island-wide across Sri Lanka. Orders are dispatched from our fulfilment location and handed to our courier partners for last-mile delivery.

Delivery times

• Processing: Orders are prepared and dispatched within 1–2 business days of confirmation.
• Delivery within Colombo & suburbs: Typically 2–3 business days after dispatch.
• Delivery to other areas: Typically 3–5 business days after dispatch.
• Remote or hard-to-access locations may take an additional 1–2 days.

Public holidays and severe weather may cause short delays.

Delivery charges

Delivery charges are calculated at checkout based on the delivery method you select. The exact amount will be shown clearly before you confirm your order.

From time to time we may run promotions that include free delivery on selected items. Any such offers will be indicated on the product page or on the promo banner at the top of the site.

Payment methods

We accept Cash on Delivery (COD) across Sri Lanka, as well as bank transfer for pre-payment. Payment method is selected during checkout.

Tracking your order

Once your order is dispatched, you will receive a notification with a tracking reference. You can also check your order status at any time from Track an Order on our website.

Address and contact details

Please make sure the delivery address and phone number you enter are correct and reachable. Our courier partners contact recipients by phone before delivery. If a delivery cannot be completed because of an incorrect address or an unreachable phone, the parcel is returned to us and re-delivery charges may apply.

Undelivered or refused parcels

If a Cash on Delivery order is refused at the door or the parcel cannot be delivered after reasonable attempts, we reserve the right to charge for delivery and return costs on any future orders from the same customer.

Damaged or missing items

If your parcel arrives damaged or an item is missing, please email ayleaboutique@gmail.com within 48 hours of delivery with photos and your order number. Please see our Return Policy for details on how these cases are handled.
