All sales are final

We do not accept returns, exchanges, or refunds on any items purchased from Ayléa Boutique. Once an order is placed and shipped, the sale is considered final.

Please review the product description, size chart, and images carefully before placing your order. If you have any questions about a product before purchasing, we are happy to help.

Damaged or incorrect items

In the rare event that you receive an item that is damaged in transit or is materially different from what you ordered, please contact us at ayleaboutique@gmail.com within 48 hours of delivery, with photos of the issue and your order number. We will review each case individually and respond within 2 business days.

Order cancellation

Orders may be cancelled only before they are dispatched. Once an order has shipped, it cannot be cancelled and our standard "no returns" policy applies.
